Developing STRONG Product People

It’s one of the main challenges of our industry: there is no formal training on how to become an awesome Product Manager. And it’s tough as good product managers you can really learn from are few and far between. I’m Petra Wille, a freelance Product Leadership Coach who’s been helping product teams to boost their skillset and up their game since 2013. And in these past years, I’ve learned that an individual approach to coaching is key to making sure every product person can unleash their maximal potential. I want to share this knowledge so that others can benefit as well. That’s why I wrote a book for product leaders who want to help their product folks grow: STRONG Product People. I’ve also released a Coaching Card Set for effective 1:1 coaching sessions and have just released my second book called STRONG Product Communities.
